I am a motion graphics designer, video editor, video producer, and aspiring UI/UX Designer with 4 years of work experience. I specialize in communicating, illustrating, and animating difficult concepts into well presented motion graphics, video producing and editing stories on hard deadlines, and designing interfaces that feel easy to use.

Growing up in Hong Kong, I have always been drawn to the visually encapsulating, insightful, and multi-cultural stories that shape our world. My passion for visual storytelling brought me to New York City where I studied and work in live television, video journalism, and motion graphics design for several years. I focus on creating human-interest stories that are not only have high production value, but resonate with people and will affect change.

In an effort to use my design skills in a more easily scalable way, I am currently learning UI/UX Design and building personal projects (apps, chrome extensions, and websites) that will blend my creativity with a strong sense of user behavior and understanding of data analytics. My focus is always on ensuring that I create designs and interfaces that are simple and intuitive to use that solves problems real people have.

Outside of my work, I enjoy channeling my creativity with photography, documentary production, article writing, and interior design. ​
